Conducting consultations to launch a package of Academic News Network services

The founder of the Academic News Network, Hassan Al-Bayti, held consultations with a number of students and university professors in the city of Mukalla at the beginning of last August to launch a package of Academic News Network services, as the parties expressed their willingness to integrate into the network and work to make its goals a success.
In the meetings that brought together Al-Baiti with academics from Hadhramaut University, Al-Baiti reviewed the website services that the network is looking forward to launching, including: academic writing, academic consultation, applying for opportunities, designing the members’ page, and the SPSS service.
For their part, both Dr. Haddon Al-Attas, and Dr. Abdullah Bahafi, and a group of fellow writers, expressed their readiness to cooperate with the network once it is launched, praising the amount of planning prepared in advance.
It is noteworthy that preparations are underway to launch the network’s website in the coming months, with all its services except SPSS, as most of the services will be free except for SPSS, which will be in exchange for a financial return suitable for all researchers.
It is worth noting that the network is the third attempt of its kind in Yemen after the Yemen-Scholarship and Edu-Yemen websites.
It is noteworthy that work on the project began in the summer of June 2017, based on rigorous scientific research, and under the supervision of arbitrators in different specializations. What distinguishes this project is that it will be presented in both languages: Arabic and English.
The network aims to establish an academic media base that is independent of its journalistic arts from all other fields of media, in addition to keeping the academic public informed of the latest developments in the academic arena, and accompanying them with analysis and discussion, in order to help the academic public apply for the opportunities it seeks in the academic field.
