Berries are the food of the inspired.

We've often heard glowing phrases uttered by people who are seen as inspirational. Have you ever heard them say in one of their sessions: Imagine that reality is such and such, and from one fantasy to another, in an attempt to emulate Western models of developing minds? However, reality is the opposite. The matter begins with a quasi-scientific chat, and ends with the well-known TOT (TOT certificate in the field of human development).

This certification falls within the framework of preparing trainers, so that they become qualified to train others in their field of expertise, under the name of human development. In order not to neglect the inspiring ones, we acknowledge the importance of human development, but in the required manner.

Human development courses are divided into two sections: professional development and neurolinguistic programming. The first section comes through academic study at universities, along with practical experience, while the second section is provided through specialized courses in that field.

However, the trainer is required to possess the training skills for which the TOT certificate and the PCT certificate were created in the field of preparing trainers to be qualified to train in their fields by absorbing trainees, designing teaching material, and other such matters.

But the reality of those who inspire others is something else: they lack a scientific basis for human development training, while campaigns exist to sell their certificates at low prices to those seeking to strengthen their resumes, even if the certificates have not received government or international accreditation.

The absence of regulatory authorities in some countries has contributed to the widespread presence of these inspirational figures, a striking phenomenon that is offensive to many disciplines, most notably psychology and its various branches, as well as other disciplines. These influencers view them with whatever comes to mind, without prior consideration for what they say.

Finally, I would like to draw the reader's attention to the fact that such matters can be learned from reliable online sources, free of charge, and with certificates. Experts in this field exist; all we have to do is seek them out, not the mulberry certificates that have become a mere food for those inspired, obtained from the pockets of trainees.
