28 Russian universities excel academically in international rankings
The Russian Ministry of Education announced the launch of scholarships for the year 2019, as it stated on its website dedicated to foreign students that registration is available until April 22, 2019 by 456 Russian universities in all academic degrees and specializations.
It is worth noting that universities in Russia and the former Soviet Union graduated approximately 1.5 million students around the world in various specializations.
