28 Russian universities excel academically in global rankings
The Russian Ministry of Education announced the launch of scholarships for 2019. On its website for international students, it stated that registration is open until April 22, 2019, at 456 Russian universities across all academic degrees and specializations.
It is worth noting that universities in Russia and the former Soviet Union have graduated approximately 1.5 million students worldwide in various disciplines.
