It is a digital platform for publishing preliminary versions of scientific papers of various categories (articles, research, and theses). The initial review is conducted by a specialist in the published field. The initial review is based on adherence to the rules of scientific research without delving into the contents of the scientific paper. It is also evaluated by peers after publication, all of which is prior to publication in traditional peer-reviewed journals. A DOI is issued for each publication to preserve the intellectual property of the scientific papers, in order to prevent plagiarism.
